Debian upgrade playbook

The collection desserves to be able to upgrade debian distribution on a system.

Let's develop it starting with some specific playbooks we did. The tool can be a playbook to run on an operating system. It should do a minimal check (on current debian version, or source.list syntax, for example) to avoid mistakes, and then run the aprropriate updates and upgrades.
